The main objective of the researches is to analyze the crucial points that lead to failures in the process industry and more specifically the petrochemical and chemical industry; And as well to make solutions of accidents drifts. 
 To diagnose the industrial system by using analytical and numerical methods, such as : AMDEC, HAZOP, HAZID, APR, Failure  Tree (FTA), Event tree , Bow ties, MADS MOZART, and resilience engineering, Bayesian networks  , Markov chains, Petri networks ;   ......... ..
Studies will be conducted on hazardous industrial equipment, such as: storage containers, pressure equipments, reactors, flares, columns, etc.
